1. How To Get Your Assigned LoadXtreme SMS Gateway
Send all your commands to any of the following LoadXtreme(LX) Gateway Numbers. System replies (SMS) may contain your assigned gateway number. Please comply by using the gateway number assigned to your account. You may however use other gateway numbers as back-up to your assigned number.

Use the appropriate gateway defined above. If your mobile phone number ends with an Even Number (2, 4, 6, 8), send your initial SMS command to gateways for Even Numbers. The same applies for phone numbers ending with Odd Numbers (1, 3, 5, 7, 9).
2. How To Register VMobile/LoadXtreme Technouser/Technopreneur
Using Your Mobile Phone
Step 1:
Send your ID Number (located in front of the Access Card) and SAC(short for Subscriber Activation Code which is found at the back of the Access Card) to an LX Gateway number.
Command:
LX REG <ID Number> <SAC> <Birth Date> <Telco Code> <FullName>
Example:
LX REG 5265585 532669544 05-25-1925 SMART Casimiro Bukayo
Birth date should be in MM-DD-YYYY format.
Acceptable Telco codes are SMART, TNT, RED, GLOBE, TM and SUN only.
You will then receive a confirmation message containing your PIK (PIK is short for Personal Identification Key which is equivalent to an ATM PIN)
Step 2:
Update Business or Personal Address Information.
Command:
LX CHGADDR <ID Number> <PIK> <Complete Address>
Example:
LX CHGADDR 5265585 656885 123 Tunog Kalye, Brgy. Matahimik, Pasig City
Using the Internet
1. Located on the right side of the LoadXtreme site, click “No Account? Click Here” link
2. On the Terms Of Use page, select Agree and click the Submit button
3. Fill-in the all the fields required:
- Full Name
- Address
- Select Region/Province/Town from the drop-down list
- The Birth Date format should be mm/dd/yyyy, if no date specified (the field is left blank) the system will use the current date as Birth Date.
- The Cell Number format should be 09xxxxxxxxx
- The ID Number is located in front of the Access Card
- The SAC (Subscriber Activation Code) can be obtained by scratching the portion found at the back of the Retailer Card purchased from your Dealer.
4. Click the Submit button
After successfully registering, the system will display your information together with your PIK. Note that down. You may change it at a later time.
3. Managing Your LX Account
How To Change PIK
Regularly change your PIK to ensure the security of your account.
Using Your Mobile Phone.

- Log-in to your account at http://www.loadxtreme.ph
- On the left-side of the page, locate and click Change PIK
- Please note that PIK should be numeric. You can only use 0-9 as characters and should not be more than 6 digits long.
- Key-in your current PIK in the CURRENT PIK field
- Key-in your new PIK in the NEW PIK and CONFIRM PIK field
- Click the Update button
LoadWallet Balance Inquiry
LoadWallet balance is always indicated in the system replies.
Use this keyword when you have to know your current balance.

How To Change Registered Mobile Phone Number
When you change cellphone number, it is important to update the registered cellphone number information you used with LX to receive important updates and announcements.

How To Change Address Information
When supplied, this information becomes very useful when validating identity. Please provide this information for your security.

BDO Auto-Debit Reload via SMS
Enrollment Required / For BDO Account Holders Only
Now you can replenish your LX LoadWallet without having to go to the bank. With BDO Auto-debit, you just have to send a command (SMS) to your assigned gateway specifying your debit request and your enrolled BDO Account gets debited automatically. Enroll your BDO Account now!
Enrollment Procedure:
- Secure an Auto-Debit Arrangement (ADA) Enrollment Form from VMobile Office, from BDO ADB Avenue Branch or from the Resources/Downloads section
- Fill-Out the ADA Enrollment Form. Indicate your LX ID as Subscriber Number under the Customer Payee List Information section of the form.
- Submit the document to BDO – ADB Branch G/F Robinsons Equitable Tower ADB Avenue, cor. Poveda St. Pasig City or send the form to VMobile Head Office with address at: 1906 Galleria Corporate Center, EDSA cor. Poveda Ave., Quezon City
- Wait for the approval confirmation of your ADA enrollment via SMS.
Once enrolled, you may send your Reload Auto-Debit Request fromMonday-Friday until 4:00PM using the following command:

6. System Behavior You Must Understand
A. ERRONEOUS/WRONG COMMANDS
Before sending any SMS command to LoadXtreme, it is always best to check for the following to ensure successful transaction:
Command Format. Please follow the syntax or format prescribed for each Keyword or SMS Command. Common mistakes are on the use of space ( ) or slash (/) in the SMS Command.
Command Information. Please always check for the accuracy of information such as ID Number, PIK, Cell Number and other information you are sending to the system. They should always follow the format prescribed for each of the information supplied. (e.g. date format should be MM-DD-YYYY, and ID number should always be 10 digits; 3 Invalid use of PIK’s will temporarily block your account.
When you send a total of (3) three erroneous SMS commands in a day, LoadXtreme will ‘black list’ the mobile phone number in use. Any subsequent SMS command from the black listed mobile phone number will be ignored until the end of the day.
You may however, use a different mobile phone number or the online loading facility to access or continue using your LX account. Please call the Customer Relations Department to request immediate lifting of black listed phone numbers.
B. NOTIFICATIONS FOR TELCO RELATED DELAYS AND TRANSACTION FAILURE
Processing of requests for OTA reload (or commonly called electronic loading) may at times encounter delay or failure due to congestion of telco services or communication time-out between the LoadXtreme system and telco OTA reloading facilities.
LoadXtreme will notify you of these instances and shall maintain your outstanding Load Wallet balance pending final confirmation by the telco OTA system. LoadXtreme always deducts the appropriate discounted amount from your Load Wallet balance for products successfully delivered to your customers even when confirmation received from telco arrives later than usual.
It is therefore advisable to charge your customers for ALL LoadXtreme retail transactions. You may always send another LX LOAD command if indeed your customer fails to receive the expected prepaid credits from the telco.
C. STALE COMMANDS
LoadXtreme system automatically rejects any SMS command received beyond thirty (30) minutes from the time you sent them.This system feature protects you from potential loss when delivery of your SMS command suffers delay due to congestion of telco services. You shall receive a notification from LoadXtreme when this is encountered.
D. DUPLICATE/MULTIPLE SMS COMMAND RECEIPT AND MULTIPLE SAME-COMMAND REQUESTS
There are times when telcos deliver the same SMS to a recipient more than once. For your protection, LoadXtreme only accepts and processes SMS command received the first time when receiving multiple same SMS command from telco within five (5) minutes to ensure that you are not charged erroneously and repeatedly for transactions requested only once.
For legitimate successive requests of same product for same customer cell number, you may append at the end of the command format any alpha-numeric character to make each request “unique” for LoadXtreme to process.
Simply put, if you are selling the same product to the same number, add an extra character to the end of each command to make it unique.
